• 1. 食器類・カトラリー類は専用のものを使用
• 2. 包丁・まな板はじめ調理用具は専用のものを使用
• 3. 調理人の制服は専用のものを使用
• 4. 食材について豚、アルコールの使用は無く、調味料類（醤油、味醂、酢、味噌）は専用のものを使用
• 5. ハラル和牛(国産)・ハラル鶏肉(国産)のものを使用
• 6. 調理場は一般調理場と兼用

Kochu-an, our Japanese restaurant nestled in the Japanese garden, started offering Halal-friendly menu.
